Clare County Drinking Water

After the Cliffs of Moher, we trekked back onto the road northbound. We drove into a small town near Doolin that consisted of 5 small shops and pubs. On the outskirts of town, there was this miniature castle in the middle of no where. So, what do I do "Matt turn around and let's go check it out!" By this point in our journey, Matt is VERY familiar with turning around. The signs stated this was local drinking water. Crystal clear water, the stream meandered at the bottom of the hill. In the little castle, there were many coins tossed in the water. There was also a small shrine. We're getting use to seeing these shrines by this point. I think the kids thought this was a treasure hunt minus letting them take the treasure from the water.
