Streets of Xian

After the mosque, we marched down unknown paths. Every where you turn, hidden history unveiled itself. The kids learned quickly that 100 Yuan was about $15. We learned to haggle with the vendors. Our family discussed the possible hazards of eggs and meat being left out at room temperature. Many of the Chinese could be found playing cards or Chinese checkers along side the road. Then, of course, we ogled at American Ice Cream stores. We made a quick DQ (Dairy Queen) run.
